Here is a great example of a Bad User experience and Good User experience. When thinking about redesigns, there’s a lot involved. The big step is transferring content over to their new site. But for those small business owners that have had time and control to update their websites, over the past few years may have had overwhelming amounts of new information. Hey change is good right? More content, pics, menus, links could have been added over the years. The point is, sometimes your users don’t need all extra little details and need to focus more on whats important in your redesign. Ask yourself, what am I going to visually communicate to my clients? What are the most important ideas I want to convey? How can I get new clients info to purchase my product? Will my site convert leads. All in all, reduce what you don’t need and you’ll have a happy user.
